Home for comic book horror, sci-fi, and the bizarre, Midnight Factory is a new independent comic publisher, helmed by top guy, the modern master of comic book horror, Joseph Schmalke!
Over the years in the shop, working with Joseph, we’ve brought you a range of cool exclusives, ashcans, and even published an entire series of comic book grindhouse mayhem with the INFERNAL PACT! Now we’re very excited to be able to continue our partnership and work with Joseph, bringing Midnight Factory books and comics to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia!
Collected editions, and standard edition single issues, identical to the US copies, featuring the same covers and content, will be available for retail and distribution, but, Joe’s comics are not your average comics, they are pretty damn special, so we’re doing things a little differently!
Special editions?! Exclusive to Australia! Featuring covers by some of our amazingly talented local artists! That sounds pretty cool.
Let’s take it up a notch. Why stop with just a special cover, featuring awesome art, on an amazingly printed, high quality, incredibly luxurious cardstock?!
Not just a special cover, Midnight Factory Australian Editions will be published right here and include pages of unique content! Behind the scenes, work in progress, previews, pin-ups, fan-art, letters, and hopefully more!
And we’ve wasted no time signing up our top guy, fan-favourite, the awesomely talented Camillo Di Pietrantonio, as our Australian Edition cover artist throughout 2025! Welcome to the darkness Camillo! And stay tuned as we reveal Camillo’s best cover yet!!!
